Active Fire Protection
Active fire protection plays a crucial role in enabling immediate intervention in the event of a fire.
The requirements and testing procedures for extinguishing agents and fire extinguishing equipment are predominantly specified in international standards (EN, IMO, ICAO, UL, ISO). In some cases, national standards (DIN, NF, BS) and specific insurance guidelines (FM, UL, VdS) also apply.
In accordance with application and operational regulations, proof of conformity is required for the respective fire protection products.
As an accredited testing laboratory for extinguishing agents and fire extinguishing equipment, we carry out the required type tests and manufacturing inspections and support our customers through to the corresponding product certification.
