Job Summary

Kiwa Fire Safety Compliance is looking for an Administration Assistant to join their team for a 6 Month Contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a busy and friendly team with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. This role is located in Aylesbury with Hybrid Working.

About the role

Assist with a range of administrative and operational duties, including:

  • Setting up new projects in internal systems
  • Converting technical reports to PDF and sending them to clients
  • Supporting with raising and issuing of sales invoices
  • Monitoring shared inboxes and managing incoming queries
  • Handling document control tasks, including use of client portals
  • Providing general administrative support and cover across the team

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience with data entry and general administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using IT systems
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • A flexible and proactive approach to handling a variety of tasks

  • 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
  • £24,570.00 per annum FTC
