Job Summary
Kiwa Product Compliance (KPC) are seeking a Compliance Specialist & Project Lead to join their team based in Aylesbury. In this role, you'll take full ownership of allocated customer projects and country-specific Type Approval applications. You'll manage project planning, risk mitigation, financial oversight, and overall delivery from start to completion, ensuring all regulatory and customer requirements are met.About the role
- Take full ownership of allocated countries, including managing Type Approval application processes and research.
- Lead all project communication with customers, including participating in project conference calls.
- Mitigate risk to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain open channels of communication with all stakeholders.
- Ensure customer and country project information is accurate within the system.
- Stay updated on relevant country regulations and developments.
- Monitor regulatory intelligence relevant to assigned customers and manage projects arising from regulatory changes.
Do you have what it takes?
- Experience of, or the ability to learn International Type Approval and certification schemes.
- Ability to take sole responsibility for assigned country and customer project portfolios.
- Excellent planning, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to reach targets and customer deadlines.
- Experience of balancing the needs of customers, shareholders and colleagues.
- Proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills.
- Exceptional communication, leadership and interpersonal skills at all levels.
What can you expect from us in return?
- Up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience

- 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, hybrid working (2 days in the office per week) with initial office-based training
