Job Summary

NQA is seeking a Digital Project Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you’ll lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of our website rebuild project, as well as a number of smaller digital initiatives. NQA provides accredited certification, training and support services to help customers improve processes, performance and products and services. We have issued over 50,000 certificates to clients in over 90 countries resulting in a yearly revenue of around 100 million Euro. NQA was acquired by Kiwa in 2024, a global leader in the Testing, Inspecting and Certification (TIC) sector, based in the Netherlands. This is a hybrid role, based at our head office in Dunstable.

About the role

Project Management

  • Lead the full lifecycle of the website rebuild project, from planning through to launch.
  • Define and agree project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate internal resources and external agencies with clear communication and accountability.
  • Provide regular progress, risk, and performance reports to the Commercial Director.

Digital Marketing

  • Ensure SEO best practice, UX principles, and lead-generation requirements are embedded in the website rebuild.
  • Shape content strategy, site structure, and user journeys alongside key stakeholders.
  • Ensure targets, analytics, and tracking tools are implemented to measure performance.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external suppliers and partners.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders, technical teams, and wider stakeholders.

Do you have what it takes?

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Project management qualification (e.g. Prince2, PMP, Agile) is desirable.
  • Evidence of CPD in digital marketing, SEO, or UX is preferred.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end digital transformation projects.
  • Strong project management skills, including scoping, planning, risk management, and on-time delivery.
  • Experience managing agencies, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills at all levels.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to problem-solve under pressure.
  • Collaborative and confident in cross-functional team working.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Drupal) and marketing automation tools is desirable.
