We are looking for a proactive and curious Enterprise Data Analyst to join our international IT team. This role is a unique blend of enterprise and business analysis and data expertise, focusing on data migration projects, data quality assurance, and management of reporting requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple regions at enterprise level, ensuring smooth data transitions and supporting the integrity and usability of our data assets.
The role leads requirement-gathering efforts for complex Flow! initiatives, challenging assumptions, identifying gaps, and ensuring alignment with data capabilities. Facilitates workshops and manages stakeholder expectations.
Impact: Ensures consistency and reliability of data across the Flow! Enterprise landscape, enabling global decision-making.
Scope: Works at an organization-wide level, dealing with data across multiple systems, departments, and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Migration Planning
- Collaborate with technical teams to plan and execute data migration activities.
- Validate migrated data and ensure consistency across systems.
- Data Quality & Cleansing
- Identify data quality issues and propose corrective actions.
- Work with business units to resolve discrepancies and maintain high data standards.
- Business Analysis
- Gather and document business requirements related to data processes and reporting.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for BI and data solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams in an international environment.
- Proactively chase information, ask clarifying questions, and ensure timely delivery.
Do you have what it takes?
In this role you can make the most impact when you bring excellent communication skills and ability to work in international teams. In addition we are looking for someone who is proactive, autonomous, and comfortable chasing stakeholders for information. Also you should have a strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Further we are looking for someone with the following background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis and/or data-related roles.
- Strong understanding of data structure, relational databases, and ETL processes.
- Strong understanding of data migration, master data management, and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, data warehouses).
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Familiarity with data migration methodologies and data cleansing techniques.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- You are based in The Netherlands and allowed to work here.
