About the role

Kiwa operates in more than 35 countries and aims to continue expanding through organic growth and acquisitions. Our size, rapid growth, and upcoming legislative changes create opportunities for you to participate in various interesting projects, such as:

• Implementation of EU Taxonomy and IFRS 18 reporting functionality in OneStream;
• Financial Planning functionality in OneStream;
• Development of various interfaces (OneStream/SAP BPC/MS D365/MS Power BI);
• Implementation of ESG/CSRD/Sustainability reporting.

In this exciting role, your main task will be to ensure our OneStream application remains operational and to develop new functionalities as required by ongoing projects. Advanced Excel skills are essential, as you will maintain and develop complex Excel workbooks. You will also serve as a main contact for the global Kiwa finance community regarding OneStream-related questions and issues. In addition, you will be in regular contact with our parent company SHV.

 

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the OneStream application, supporting our entities in over 40 countries, in close collaboration with team members;
• Design, update, and manage complex Excel workbooks to support financial consolidation and reporting processes;
• Empower Finance colleagues with smart tools, clear guidance, and reliable insights;
• Act as a key liaison with corporate departments, including Tax, FP&A, Legal, and Finance Transformation, to ensure alignment and effective communication;
• Financial reporting to SHV, our parent company. In close cooperation with team members you will upload and integrate OneStream data into SAP BPC on a monthly basis;
• Contribute actively to a variety of projects, including system enhancements, process improvements, and the implementation of new reporting requirements;
• Support the development of interfaces between OneStream and other systems (SAP BPC, MS D365, MS Power BI).

As a Group Consolidation & Systems Specialist at Kiwa, you are driven, independent and results-oriented. You are able to effectively communicate, have strong attention for detail and a high degree of accuracy in all work. In addition you enjoy working internationally.

 

For this position, we’d further like you to bring:

• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
• At least 7 years of professional experience in systems, finance, and accounting roles;
• Experience as a OneStream administrator, including system configuration and maintenance would be an advantage;
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards;
• Advanced skills in Excel;
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written;
• You are based in the Netherlands and allowed to work here.

Where you’ll work

Your working location will be at the Kiwa headoffice in Rijswijk, although it is also possible, after the familiarization period, to work partially from home. As a member of the Corporate Consolidation and Reporting team, you will work for and report to the Head of Group Consolidation and Reporting.
