Job Summary
Kiwa Electrical Compliance (KEC) is seeking an ambitious Internal Sales Coordinator to join our growing team based in Brentwood, Essex. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end sales process, prepare and follow up on quotes, and identify opportunities with new and existing clients. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you'll help ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to meeting and exceeding sales targets.About the role
- Achieve individual sales targets in a competitive commercial environment.
- Manage and grow customer accounts, supporting the Sales Manager and Business Development Team.
- Maintain accurate system records and ensure timely, high quality quoting throughout the sales process.
- Contribute to sales forecasting, reporting and performance analysis.
- Work with the wider Kiwa group to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build strong technical knowledge of services such as EMC, safety and radio certification, and approval schemes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication to support retention and exceed client expectations.
- Monitor market trends, share insites and attend meeting or events as required (some travel involved).
Do you have what it takes?
- Proven Business to Business sales experience, ideally in the Testing, Inspection or Certification (TIC) industry.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
- Familiarity with ISO 17025, UKAS standards, and quality systems is advantageous.
- Proficiency in typical IT tools (D365, Microsoft Office).
- A full clearn driving license and willingness to travel UK-wide when required.
What can you expect from us in return?
- £28,000 - £34,000 per annum

- 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, hybrid working available
