Job Summary
Kiwa Construction & Utilities Cluster is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team for a 3 Month Contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a Sales team with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. This role is located in Aylesbury with hybrid working (1 day in the office per week).About the role
- Support admin processes to improve efficiency.
- Assist Sales Operations Manager with opportunity tracking.
- Coordinate quote expiry reports and ensure timely follow-up.
- Help prepare performance reports (e.g. enquiry duration, sources, loss reasons).
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM, ensure opportunity data is accurate and current.
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, finance, operations) to gather renewal info.
- Respond to client and stakeholder queries throughout the renewal process.
- Support preparation of renewal proposals and contracts.
- Assist with processing customer orders.
- Answer the Sales/Enquiries line.
Do you have what it takes?
- Experience in a similar role with enquiry/customer management systems is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to work and reach targets set independently (self starting).
- Customer service experience.
- Able to meet tight deadlines.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- 3 Month Fixed Term Contract
- £24,570.00 per annum
