Job Summary

Kiwa UK is looking for a proactive and personable Sales Support Executive to join our growing Construction & Utilities sales team. In this key role, you’ll generate new business meetings and re-engage dormant accounts, helping to drive growth across the business. You'll act as the first point of contact for potential clients, building and nurturing relationships until they're ready to progress with our wider sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for relationship-building to make a real impact in a supportive, collaborative environment.

About the role

Business Development

  • Research and engage new clients, booking introductory meetings
  • Re-establish contact with dormant accounts to uncover new opportunities
  • Promote relevant Kiwa services before handing over to the field sales team.

Client Support

  • Act as an initial point of contact, supporting clients prior to full engagement with the sales team
  • Follow up on enquiries and quotes, ensuring a smooth client experience
  • Gather and share client feedback to help improve services and identify opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and liaise with internal teams to resolve issues

Administration & Collaboration

  • Prepare timely and accurate quotations
  • Produce regular activity reports
  • Stay informed on Kiwa’s service offerings and coordinate closely with the cluster sales team to align engagement strategies

Do you have what it takes?

  • Strong experience in a sales support, business development, or customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in engaging clients
  • A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience using CRM systems (desirable) and a strong attention to detail in data management
  • Understanding of sales processes and client engagement strategies
  • Knowledge of or experience in the construction, engineering, or compliance sectors is an advantage
  • A collaborative team player who is also confident working independently
  • A commitment to professional, customer-focused service and continuous improvement

What can you expect from us in return?

  • £28,000 - £34,000 per annum
  • Generous Annual Leave – Starting at 25 days plus Bank Holidays, with the option to buy additional leave and increased entitlement with length of service
  • 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, remote home based role with occassional UK travel for team meetings
