Job Summary

NQA is seeking a TISAX Scheme Manager to lead the development and delivery of our automotive cyber security and information assurance services. In this remote role, you’ll provide expertise-led assurance services to some of the world’s largest automotive organisations operating in high-technology, high-risk, and high-complexity environments. NQA provides accredited certification, training and support services to help customers improve processes, performance and products and services. We have issued over 50,000 certificates to clients in over 90 countries resulting in a yearly revenue of around 100 million Euro. NQA was acquired by Kiwa in 2024, a global leader in the Testing, Inspecting and Certification (TIC) sector, based in the Netherlands.

About the role

  • Lead the execution of NQA’s TISAX strategy and growth plans.
  • Develop and enhance TISAX-related services aligned to business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. 
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on cyber security and information assurance.
  • Support accreditation activities and external audits.
  • Deliver training, coaching, and technical support to the wider team, where required.
  • Develop and maintain TISAX policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Represent NQA within relevant regulatory and industry groups.
  • Contribute to commercial initiatives and go-to-market activities.

Do you have what it takes?

 Essential

  • Proven experience within information security, cyber security, or related fields.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient with IT systems and technology tools.

Desirable

  • Degree-level qualification (or equivalent), ideally in Information Security or a related discipline.
  • Experience of assurance, ISO 27001, Information Security Consultancy, GDPR or cyber security.
  • Knowledge of automotive cyber security standards and practices.
