Job Summary
Kiwa North America is hiring this newly created role to support both the holding company and one operating subsidiary. The hybrid position dedicates approximately 50% of time to Treasury activities and 50% to overseeing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations, with support to other entities as needed. This is a key role within the organization, providing the chance to strengthen working capital management and implement process improvements.About the role
Treasury Management
Monitor daily cash balances and prepare cash position reports.
Maintain working capital KPI reporting for all 7 subsidiaries and provide guidance on collections
Execute bank transfers, wire payments, and internal fund movements.
Reconcile bank accounts and investigate discrepancies.
Maintain banking relationships and support treasury-related documentation.
Assist with cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
Support compliance with treasury policies and internal controls.
Track and record loans, interests and borrowings across the North America Operations
Manage and track bank guarantees, LOC and other instruments
Manage all intercompany loans and interest expense/income
Prepare treasury-related journal entries and reconciliations
AR/AP Operations (for one or more subsidiaries as needed)
Record incoming payments and apply them accurately to customer accounts.
Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue balances.
Resolve billing discrepancies and collaborate with sales or operations teams.
Prepare AR reports and support month-end closing activities.
Manage payment runs (ACH, checks, wires) and maintain vendor records.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Support accruals and AP-related month-end close tasks.
Do you have what it takes?
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of experience in treasury, AR/AP operations, or accounting with progressive experience.
Strong understanding of cash management, working capital processes, and financial controls.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, OneStream, QuickBooks or Similar Accounting, Treasury and FP&A packages
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
