Kiwa Register issues permits for the transport of people and goods by land and water. Kiwa Register focuses on the efficient processing of applications for formal licenses and legal authorizations such as the smart tachograph card, entrepreneurial license for cab transport, international bus licences and certificate of competence.
About Kiwa Register
The Kiwa business unit Kiwa Register dates from 2010 and is the result of the relocation of the majority of the Transport & Water Management Inspectorate organization that was involved in licensing tasks. Every year, Kiwa Register issues over 100,000 permits, licences and qualifications on behalf of the Dutch minister of Infrastructure and Water Management to professionals and organizations in shipping and passenger and freight transport by road.
