About Spot On

Introduced by Kiwa ISA Sport in 2021, Spot On is an online tool that helps managers of artificial and natural grass fields gain control of their assets. It offers a unified system for all maintenance and management data. This enables immediate compliance with warranty conditions for artificial turf, IPM-conform operations, and documentation of maintenance partner activities. Kiwa currently offers six modules: Artificial Turf, Natural Grass, IPM (Integrated Pest Management), Field Monitor for contractors and service providers, Multi-Year Maintenance Planning (MJOP), and Indoor Sports and Site Design.

Why Kiwa Spot On?

•    Structured and sustainable management of sports facilities;
•    Complete overview of past and planned maintenance and notifications;
•    Optimal and efficient use of staff and/or third parties;
•    User-friendly dashboard at total, club or field level;
•    Improved communication among internal and external stakeholders;
•    Insight into quality trends and management of desired standards;
•    Clarity on maintenance costs;
•    Determination of machine park costs (e.g. per hour);
•    Analysis of maintenance, quality and finances combined with usage data, field type, constructions and facility materials;
•    Accountability for maintenance, renovations, and new construction costs;
•    Extrapolating analyses to future budget policies for renovation and new construction of sports facilities and management of maintenance.

Sustainability

Sustainability and circularity are increasingly important in the construction, renovation, and (eventual) removal of (outdoor) sports facilities. Owners/managers of sports facilities face growing CSR demands. Kiwa Spot On enables better tracking of the sustainability of structures and materials. It also makes the effect of maintenance on quality and sustainability visible, and helps demonstrate whether care obligation and IPM measures achieve the intended environmental impact. Spot On provides a status overview, allowing for adjustments to meet legal and internal objectives.

Certifications

Spot On also offers certifications for:
•    Successfully applying care obligation measures on and around artificial turf fields;
•    Successfully implementing IPM measures on and around natural grass fields.
