Do you want to lead a strong and reputable organisation into its next phase of strategic growth? Kiwa Norway is seeking an ambitious and experienced Country Manager to drive our business forward and ensure continued excellence in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry. This role holds full strategic and operational responsibility, including P&L ownership, and plays a key part in shaping the future of Kiwa’s business in Norway.Om stillingen
As Country Manager, you will translate Kiwa’s global strategy into a successful local business plan, lead the Senior Leadership Team, ensure high-quality operations, and maintain a strong governance and safety culture. You will also play a central role in driving growth — both organic and through M&A — and ensuring Kiwa Norway continues to deliver trusted services to customers and society.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the Norwegian business strategy in alignment with Kiwa’s global direction.
- Manage full P&L and drive profitable, sustainable growth.
- Oversee daily operations, quality systems and continuous improvement.
- Lead M&A activities, including identifying opportunities and integrating acquired companies.
- Develop and mentor the Senior Leadership Team and foster a strong organisational culture.
- Ensure robust governance, compliance and risk management.
- Strengthen employee engagement, prioritize people development, and continue to build an attractive, performance-driven workplace culture
Har du det som trengs?
- Minimum 10 years' senior leadership experience, preferably within TIC or a related industry.
- Strong background in strategy, financial management, operations and M&A.
- Skilled people leader with the ability to coach, influence and build strong teams.
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder-management skills.
- Experienced working in a matrix and international context.
- Fluent in English and Norwegian; relevant business or technical education, MBA is a plus.
