Jobbsammanfattning
Kiwa is one of the global leaders in Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC), helping industries, governments, and institutions build trust and ensure quality. As part of our digital transformation, we’re scaling AI-driven services and product capabilities and we are now hiring a data engineer!Om rollen
We are looking for a data engineer to design and implement scalable ETL/ELT pipelines that power AI applications such as audit automation, generative AI tools, and predictive models. You will work with diverse data sources (ERP, CRM, IoT, inspection tools) and integrate with modern data platforms like Snowflake and BigQuery.
In collaboration with architects and AI teams, you will help shape cloud-optimized data infrastructure that supports model training and inference across structured and unstructured data. You will ensure high data quality and governance, aligning with GDPR and internal AI ethics standards.
You will also prepare feature stores and training datasets, optimize data ingestion for LLMs and NLP tasks, and support continuous learning systems through data versioning and monitoring. Working closely with MLOps engineers, you will automate workflows and integrate pipelines into CI/CD environments using tools like MLflow and Airflow.
Cross-functional collaboration is key — you will translate business needs into data requirements and support teams with best practices in AI data handling. You will also explore innovative tools and technologies for data cataloging, observability, and GenAI integration.
