Technical Reviewer

Are you detail-orientated and passionate about quality? Join Kiwa Agri Food as a Technical Reviewer on a 12-month fixed-term contract. After an initial training period, you'll be responsible for reviewing technical reports and supporting the technical management of the TASCC Scheme. This is a hybrid role, based in Harrogate. • Support Technical Management - Report to the TASCC Scheme Manager and suppport the technical management of the sector
• Ensure Quality & Compliance – Conduct detailed technical reviews of reports, verifying that all necessary information is provided and addressing non-conformities.
• Be a Trusted Advisor – Provide expert technical support to both employed and contracted assessors and technical reviewers.
• Maintain Strong Relationships – Build relationships with customers, scheme owners, and key stakeholders in the sector.
• Monitor & Report Issues – Identify and escalate quality concerns or potential scheme or accreditation non-conformities to the TASCC Scheme Manager
• Keep Records Up to Date – Accurately update and manage records and reports in electronic systems to support compliance and reporting.
• Stay Ahead of Industry Trends – Continuously develop your technical expertise through ongoing learning, training, and attending industry events.
• Contribute to Excellence – Ensure the highest service quality, driving improvements and maintaining Kiwa’s reputation as a trusted industry leader.

• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Ability to work and reach targets set independently
• Good working knowledge of typical IT tools (Microsoft Office, etc)
• Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, accuracy, reliability, and flexibility
• Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal relations at all levels
• Experience in the agrifood industry (preferred but not essential)

• £27,250 - £29,500 per annum

• 36.25 hours per week - Monday to Friday, hybrid working
